What does partnership deed contain??

A partnership deed should contain the following content which includes name of the firm, complete address of registered office, date of execution of deed, name and address of all the partners, detail of business activity in detail, amount of capital to be contributed by each partner, profit sharing ratio along with rules and regulations of the firm to be followed by each partner.

Does the partnership firm have a registration certificate??

If the firm is registered with the registrar of firm then only a firm will have registration certificate issued by registrar otherwise a deed duly executed on a non-judicial stamp paper is sufficient.

When do I need to pay the fees??

You have to pay half of the amount at the time of purchasing the package and the remaining amount you can pay after half year from the date of purchasing of package.

What are the consequences of non-complying with statutory requirements?

If a Section 8 Company (NGO) does not comply with the statutory requirements then it has to bear heavy amount of penalty and its status will be marked as inactive. Also, DIN of Director of the Company may become inactive i.e. they will not be able to become Director in any other Company. Even the licence to work as a Section 8 Company might be revoked if the conditions subject to which it was issued is not complied.

Does the above price include government fee also??

No the above price does not include government fee as it is based upon the amount invested initiallyin the Section 8 Company (NGO) and the client shall reimburse the govt. fees on actual basis.
